Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the website at amplian.co(the “Site”), operated by Amplian Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (“Amplian”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
These terms cover the website only. They are not, and should not be read as, a contract for any advisory services, diagnostic, or engagement with Amplian. The terms of any actual work are agreed separately, in writing, before that work begins.
1. Using the Site
You’re welcome to browse the Site, read its content, and use the contact form to get in touch. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any data on it.
- Use automated means (scraping, bots) to extract content from the Site at scale without our permission.
- Submit anything false, misleading, abusive or unlawful through the contact form.
2. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, graphics and other material on the Site are owned by Amplian Ltd or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
“Amplian” and the Amplian logo are marks of Amplian Ltd. Any third-party names, logos or trademarks referenced on the Site (for example, software or platform names mentioned in describing our experience) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
3. No professional advice from the Site itself
The content on the Site — including service descriptions, methodology explanations and any articles published under Resources — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Specific advice for your situation is only given through a direct engagement with Amplian, agreed in writing.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the Site’s content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or always available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
5. Links to other websites
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn, or a partner’s privacy policy) for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplian Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from any reliance placed on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
